ভূমিকা / Introduction

মুঠোমেস (“আমরা”, “অ্যাপ”) একটি মেস ব্যবস্থাপনা অ্যাপ্লিকেশন যা মেসের সদস্যদের মিল, লেনদেন ও বাজার-হিসাব পরিচালনায় সাহায্য করে। এই প্রাইভেসি পলিসিতে আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি এবং আপনার অধিকার সম্পর্কে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।

Mutho Mess is a mess (shared-meal household) management app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি / Information we collect

• অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য / Account info: নাম, ইউজারনেম, ফোন নম্বর, রুম নম্বর, এবং ঐচ্ছিক প্রোফাইল ছবি।
• মিল রেকর্ড / Meal records: প্রতিদিনের মিল স্ট্যাটাস ও মিল হিস্ট্রি।
• আর্থিক তথ্য / Financial records: মেস-অভ্যন্তরীণ ব্যালেন্স, জমা, কর্তন ও লেনদেনের হিসাব।
• বাজার রেকর্ড / Shopping records: বাজারের আইটেম ও খরচের হিসাব।
• নোটিফিকেশন / Notifications: অ্যাপ-অভ্যন্তরীণ বার্তা।

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or any data beyond what is needed to run the mess management features described above. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয় / How we use your data

সংগৃহীত তথ্য কেবল অ্যাপের মূল কার্যাবলী পরিচালনার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয় — আপনার ও আপনার মেসের মিল, ব্যালেন্স ও বাজার-হিসাব নির্ভুলভাবে রাখা এবং প্রদর্শন করার জন্য। আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করি না।

Your data is used solely to provide the app’s core features. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data is visible to the admin and meal manager of your own mess as required for shared accounting.

তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও নিরাপত্তা / Data storage & security

আপনার তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে সংরক্ষিত থাকে এবং অ্যাক্সেস JWT টোকেন-ভিত্তিক প্রমাণীকরণের মাধ্যমে সুরক্ষিত। আপনি অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করা পর্যন্ত আমরা তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি।

Data is stored on our server and access is protected with token-based authentication. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

আপনার অধিকার ও অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা / Your rights & account deletion

আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সমস্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। এর জন্য নিচের পেজটি ব্যবহার করুন:

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time using the link above. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা / Children’s privacy

The app is intended for mess residents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
